1. Main Dive Control & Decompression Container

  • Twin-lock 60" decompression chamber (Entry + Main + Stainless medical lock) – DNV stamped, ASME PVHO, full tests witnessed by DNV
  • Integrated 3-Diver Air Control Panel – powder-coated, color-coded Green/Yellow/Red, dual HP + LP per diver, individual O₂ analyzers with alarms, calibratable gauges, Amron 2830A comms
  • Chamber control panel with analyzers, BIBS, PLC/HMI, 15.5" monitor + DVR
  • Full 3-diver underwater CCTV system (helmet cameras + deck camera + 1 TB recorder)
  • Underwater cutting & welding gear (12 V DC)
  • Container features: air conditioning, fire alarms, emergency doors, external umbilical frame (2 × 150 m), LED lighting, stainless penetrator plate

2. Gas Storage

  • IMCA 12 × 50 L 200 bar Air Quad – color-coded, frame, sling, split manifold, load tested with certificates
  • IMCA 6 × 50 L 200 bar Oxygen Quad with Victor regulator – color-coded, load tested with certificates

3. Launch & Recovery Systems (LARS)

  • 2 complete units – 50 m air-dive rating, stainless-steel basket (2 × 50 L cylinder provision), 13 mm non-rotating wires, dual HPU (11 kW primary + standby), IMCA D023/D018 & DNV certified

4. Diver Personal Equipment

  • 3 × Drass D-One Stainless Steel commercial diving helmets
  • 3 × Fibron 4-part 200 m umbilicals (air, pneumo, comms, CCTV) with marsh marine connectors
